More time with hubby when he's done with his play in 2 weeks.

Doing fun stuff with Pea and hubby when we're all having summer holiday in July.

Sid appearing in Primeval at some point.

Season 3 of Merlin in September (I think).

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion in December.

I finally got myself the deeply desired netbook! She's a sleek, little thing named Sally and I hardly dare touch her, because she's so... shiny! But as soon as I get a bag to protect her shine, she and I are going on many glorious adventures together! Or at least we'll write some smut in waiting rooms all over the country. Mwahahah.

Sister's baby is due within the next month or so. The excitement is tangible! I've packed two huge boxes full of stuff that Pea has outgrown, never used and such. Grandma and I will be delivering them shortly. Can't wait to see her pregnant tummy again!

Found Doomsday for sale cheaper than it would be to lend it. So I bought it. It's crap. No, really. It's seriously one of the worst movies I've EVER seen. And that's saying a lot. Loads of blood and gore, plotholes the size of Britain and fightscenes that surely made some of the directors orgasm in their pants while making it. *nods* Even the actors seemed to know that this crap movie wasn't worth the effort. Maybe 2 or 3 at least tried, but the rest clearly couldn't be bothered. Sid included. Bummer. But I think it was worth the insanely low price. I'd gladly pay 30 kr / 5 $ / 3 £ for some nice screencaps of Sid as the Prime Minister wearing a neat suit. He looks positively yummy! Will get to the capping soon-ish.

I will say, though... there were a few goodies. Malcom McDowell was awesome as always. The eye thing was kinda cool and some of the music was actually good! Bob Hoskins was ok I guess and the main bad guy was fairly creepy, even though I could hardly understand his accent. (And no English subtitles. Booh. Danish subtitles STINK!)

Pea news: I'm in a chicken pox panic. OMG IT'S A SPOT! IT'S CHICKEN POX!! Oh wait... it's a zit. *GASP* ANOTHER SPOT!! Oh... it wipes off. HE'S SCRATCHING! WHY IS HE SCRATCHING???!!!! Oh... maybe because he's got food into his diaper, somehow. I need to calm the fuck down. *hyperventilate* I have no idea why I'm so terrified of this. It's not even a dangerous illness. Just annoying as hell.

Speaking of, we seriously need to work on Pea's sleeping patterns. He insists on waking up between 4.30 and 5 AM. That's... early. If we could just get him to sleep to 5.30 where hubby has to get up, it wouldn't feel so bad. Maybe I'm just being whiny.

Yesterday a beautiful gift was delivered to my mailbox. prelocandkanar  played Santa Claus and sent me the DVD: A Dangerous Man - Lawrence After Arabia! If I didn't already love her deeply, I would now be grovelling at her feet! Polish wrapping (Amazon seemed to think this was best) but the same goodies inside. And by goodies I mean Alexander Siddig and his boyfriend co-star Ralph Fiennes.

WHAT A RIDE!!!

Remember how I told that hubby promised not to join anymore plays until the new year and he broke that promise? Well, here is where it comes back to bite us in the ass. Or rather, me. We only just figured out what would happen to either of us. Until February where Pea starts daycare, I'll be home alone with him so much that I'm almost in tears just thinking about it. There will be several days where hubby will be gone from 8.30 in the morning until 23.00 in the evening, first at work(ish) and then at rehersals. And considering that Pea is up and about with only a few naps from 6 am to about 8 pm, that sounds like a load of fun for me. Not. I'm gonna have to call on my mum for help if I'm gonna get through this.

Enough personal shit. Now for some more fannish stuff.

First off, original fiction (without porn) seems to be a bigger hurdle than I ever thought it would be. I've had several false starts already, where usually I would just start somewhere and keep on writing. Now I find myself needing a plot sketch or something. :oS I've never had that problem before. Hmmm. Should be challenging. If I make it, that is. As a consequence of the above, I don't see myself getting a cahnce to write much this month. So we'll see how things progress.

I finally managed to track down Un Homme Perdu and I'm screencapping a few nice scenes right now. I'll probably post a longer review at some point, but let's just say, I didn't watch it for the plot. Siddig... unf. Even as a tortured, lonely, depressing figure of a man, he still makes me GUH GUH GUH! *wipes off drool* The nude scene doesn't hurt either. *capping capping capping*

G/B mood theme is almost done. Just replacing a few bad choices and then it's ready for posting! Woo!

And just as a sidenote... it's mind-boggling that the fic I posted lately is getting some sort of record of comments, despite being one of the poorest pieces of writing I've ever done (in my personal opinion). I wasn't even sure I wanted to post it. Hmmm. Apparently porn will get you everywhere. :oP
