now that'a an idea too... i was under the impression she'd be staying for a few days. if you can get out of the house, it would help... after i was diagnosed with asthma i needed to hire someone to clean... i freaked out and ask my mom to come stay at the house their first time so they couldn't put a face to the mess

and i really do understand the anxiety.. i was medicated for years... people who don't live through it can't really understand it.... i could totally get going on al the things that helped me... but that's a bit rude...
