MASSIVE HUGS

and trying to think of things no one's suggested yet.

Call someone IRL on the phone. Probably just tell them to listen for a while, and talk about what you're feeling, as coherently or incoherently as you can.

If you don't have anyone who can help like that right now, do the same thing in writing, here or in email or whatever.

Can you take a walk or get some other kind of excercise and change of scene? That always helps me immensely, especially when there's no time limit so I can just wander til the stress goes down slowly. It's a way to dissipate at least some of the energy, so even if the mind is still going in circles, they're not quite as fast.

Draw/paint/sculpt/build with blocks? (I use my kids blocks for this, don't know if Pea has any.) Create something specific or challenge yourself to build the tallest possible tower/cover 8 whole pages with red crayon/etc. Or destroy towers/rip up paper for anger therapy.
