Yeah, being the bad guy isn't something to be super afraid of, if it's what works for you (and this is part of why I love Kai Winn SO MUCH.) But overall the way you've been getting your emotions involved in things you mostly can't control isn't good for you, so when you are able to move away from that it will probably be good for everyone.
