Really enjoyable. It rang true for me -- the voices of Garak and Bashir, and Nirra, as well. Sure, it raised lots of questions, but that's just 'cause I got caught up in it and wanted to know more. It was a tantilizing glimpse, a "slice of life" from Garak's future.

It would be great to see this explored further, whenever you get around to it. No pressure... ;)
