The Hippo is a character from NCIS. And yes, he farts. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed by the sound box in him, but then again, all the fart sounds he makes in the show are edited in later. But OMG he's epic. How many people can boast of having an adorable plushy hippo with a studded collar??
