It's done. Mum in law is coming over this saturday, and even bringing sister in law along. My decision to be far away for the duration was accepted perfectly fine and hubby will stand on the boundaries we have set together. Still not sure if it will be my own mother or someone else recieving a visit, but I will most certainly be far far away.

So it worked out as well as it could, I suppose.
