Masturbation does not change the appearance of your penis. (It does tend to cause an erection, but that usually goes away when you're finished.)

They actually mention that in an ep of Supernatural. This kid has powers and he believes all this stuff like joy buzzers can electrocute you, and the boys' motel is in his range and Dean ends up with hairy palms.

You really should. The first season had some stuff that was kinda disturbing, but after that it settles down...well I say "settles down," I mean after season one I was seldom creeped out.
