You may or may not know... I am a bit (okay, a LOT) of a Jane Austen fan. I was moronic enough to watch the latest BBC miniseries remake of Emma. And now...

I WANNA WRITE GARAK/BASHIR AUSTEN AU!!!

Not to Emma neccessarily, just DS9 in Austen setting. I mean, Bashir in high collared cravats and on horseback. Garak being all foreign (French, perhaps!) and all the others! Kira as the rural girl with the hot temper, Dax as the noble accomplished lady with broad taste in beaus, Sisko as an admiral or something, O'Brien a merchant with great success in steam engines or something. :oP
