How far along are you? Have you gone into nesting stage yet? Most pregnant women, somewhere in the 8th or 9th month, get a sudden boost of energy and a need to make the house perfect for baby. I spent hours cleaning and actually attempted CRAFTS (I don't do crafts). I think that if you don't want her in the house, say "Thanks so much for the offer but we are fine. Why don't we go out and get some lunch instead?" As for the home medical ppl--believe me, they have seen worse!
