Fangirl dreams shattered...

Ok, maybe not, but I certainly had a huge WTF moment today.

A while back when we had a channel that aired it, I watched CSI Miami and loved it. Mainly because I have a serious crush on Horatio Caine. (Not the actor as much as the character). Anyway, I must have watched episodes from the 2 first seasons or so before we didn't have that channel anymore and I never got the chance to get into it again until now.

So I started watching the series again from the beginning, and I was really looking forward to seeing what happened with Horatio and Yelina. Despite my slash-love I'm still a sucker for any good love stories, and I thought their's was primo. I'm about half way through season 2 watching it on surfthechannel.com and we have some serious emotional tension going on between them that is very promising... and then... WHAM!

I discovered that one of our recently added channels (curtesey of our cabel provider. No clue why) was also showing CSI Miami. It was only season 3 or so, so I thought I'd chill out and watch a later episode just for the heck of it... only to discover to my immence displeasure that Horatio is marrying Delco's sister!!! NO! Wrong!! BAD BAD BAD!!! Horatio and Yelina were SO meant to be. *sigh*

I'm not even sure I want to watch the series anymore. I hate it when my pretty pink romantic dreams go up in smoke.
