Sleeping regime, day 3.
Feb. 27th, 2010 07:47 pmPhew. Now is the time where my patience is really put to the test. Pea decided tonight to fight the new sleeping routine with all he had, to the point where he hauled himself upright, even with his eyes closed, trying to avoid sleeping. So far we're on 1 hour. And I'm not sure we're done yet. I still hear the occasional whimper from him, so I'm afraid he's still fighting. Gawd, what willpower!
EDIT: After 1½ hour, still fighting, although his eyes are closed and he's so droopy that his head doesn't quite follow him when he sits up. Woah this is draining. Fingers crossed that he's out cold now. *passes out*
EDIT 2: I call this a limited success. He fell asleep for about 10 mins, and then he woke up, acting like he was totally ready for another round. By then enough time had gone by for him to be hungry, though, so he had a bottle and fell asleep in my arms while eating. I call it kind of a success because he did manage to fall asleep in bed the first time around, and with a ltitle luck, it won't matter that he was picked up and fed afterwards.
And now... I'll go pass out. *bonk*
