Ow... oi.... ow...
May. 7th, 2010 09:01 amOw. Just... ow.
Those drops I got for my ear started hurting like a... well... something really OW! Not the drops themselves. They were cooling and nice. But in the hours following each drip, my right ear and the whole side of my face would start hurting really badly! Needless to say, I got a little worried about that. So today I called my doc, and he told me to get nasal spray as well and then carry on. *clutches painkillers* Ow... ooooow.
Pea must be sympathetic though, because he's teething right now on and off, and he also got his first injury at daycare. Some other kid got angry with him and scratched his nose hard enough to rip off a little strip of skin. He's fine and it was hardly bleeding, but every time he rubs his nose or something, he bumps it and whimpers. My poor baby.
But he's being a champion about it and he's developing so fast my head is spinning! He's so close to walking that we can smell it! I really hope he takes his first steps at home, but of course there's no guarantee. *sigh* He's also beginning to explore the outside. He was in his first sandbox yesterday and was a big, smiling mess of sand and dirt when I picked him up. :o) Wonderful.
There was something else... oh well. It'll come back to me.
Have a good day people!
