YAY! And yet...
Oct. 4th, 2011 12:07 pmFirst of all, GOOD NEWS! MY PC IS BACK HOME! *huggles it*
The bad news? Absolutely NOTHING is where I left it and quite a few things need to be reinstalled. So I expect the next few weeks at least will be complete confusion.
The really bad news? All of my bookmarks are gone. Every last little link. This means that a lot of things I "promised to get back to" will now be forever forgotten. Because there were like... hundreds. All gone. *le sigh* So if I promised to look into something or read something of yours and you haven't heard from me again, please, do remind me.
The potential bad news? I'm still not sure everything is even here, so it's a definite possibility that something else got lost in the "Great Blue Screen Death of 2011". *gulp*
The potential good news? My mother is letting me have her old desktop PC, so I'll be checking that one out and if it turns out it's better than my own tower, I might be switching over.
Meanwhile, my time with Sally resulted in the finishing of fic I'd forgotten all about, so there should be new stuff appearing soon!
