ladydraceOk... so today I had the sudden urge to go boyband. It happens every once in a while. This time I was specifically craving Uptown Girl by Westlife. So I did what I usually do when I need to hear a song I don't have: go to youtube. (Like everybody else). So I watched the official music video for the first time. And frankly, I almost shot beverages out my nose. I had no idea!! The uptown dickheads are (almost) all familiar faces!

From left to right we have:
Tim McInnerny, also known as Lord Percy from Blackadder!
Next is Crispin Bonham-Carter, whom I know intimately from the 50 times I've watched Pride and Prejudice, the BBC miniseries. Mr Bingley!
In the middle is none other than Ioan Gruffud, Mr. Fantastic himself!
Robert Bathurst, sadly I don't know from anywhere specifically. But I reconized his face, so I must have seen him somewhere.
And rounding things up nicely, we have James Wilby, AKA Maurice!
And can I just say that personally, I'd jump any of these gorgeous and mature men before any of the so called 'heartbreakers' actually singing the song...
All in all, this video made me insanely and unexpectedly happy! I was grinning like a madwoman all the way through!
