Deep breaths and perspective are my advice. Think about what's bothering you, think about the fact that whatever it is will soon pass, that the feeling will not last forever and that in even a couple of hours time you'll feel differently. Let yourself feel what you're feeling, look at the feeling, and then remind yourself that it is just a moment, not your entire life. Then count your blessings - Pea, your home, your friends, etc. And then feel a giant virtual hug from me. *HUG*
