OMG, I love! I totally buy Garak being a foster father of sorts, and poor Nirra! As someone who had the misfortune to catch her parents in the act more than once *shudder* I can understand her shock!

I chuckled right along with Garak! Surely she will discover Julian is no ordinary Human! But her outrage about his being Human was awesome. And sadly, I could see the Federation promising the moon and delivering on none of it if it didn't think helping Cardassia rebuild was worth its while.
