Ugh, how frustrating. I have absolutely nothing helpful to contribute because I know nothing, but maybe try manually navigating to google.co.uk and google.com.au and try some of the same searches tehre? Might bias the search results in the favour of people with a different cultural attitude toward surgery in general.
