"Another 'huh' moment with Garak occurred when they all awake in the infirmary. Garak has stated before, quite truthfully, that every bajoran on the station looks at him with loathing and contempt. But the one bajoran nurse on hand chooses to help Garak instead of captain Sisko and she even smiles at him! I found that odd, frankly. I mean in her world Sisko is the emmisary and Garak is a monster! Gee, tough choice."
I wondered about that too when I saw this, but then I thought that maybe Garak was simply paranoid about that, I mean he was a spy before and he may feel that everyone is against him.
Things past is an awesome episode though, one of my favourites from season five.
