Morning review: Resurrection.

Hehe, I love the Kira and Dax banter about men. Maybe it's all those lifetimes, but I have to agree with Kira. Sometimes Dax's taste in men is a bit frightening.
Ok, can I just file a complaint? Someone tries to beam directly into Ops without permission, and people just stand there waiting for him to arrive? Excuse me, but where's security? Or at least someone with a gun who can be on guard. Odo would be horrified. Jeez.
Bareil... or well... kinda. This should prove interesting. And yet, I can't help but see it as another crappy plot to keep the Odo/Kira storyline on hold. Or just to torture Odo. *mumble grumble*
O...kay. Again, I wonder about the logic. How did Odo know he should wait for them at the runabout? Did Kira just count on someone else to spot that the disrupter was broken as well? What? Something's just not making a lot of sense here.
This episode is making me rant... a multidimensional transporter device. Gawd! I hate to say it, but if they're that small and relatively easy to make, I wonder why ds9 isn't crawling with mirror people! Like Bareil says himself, most people who've been there would want to leave. Surely some wealthy fuckers would try and cross over, either to make a new life for themselves, or to stupidly try and conquer something else than their current crappy homeworld.
*sigh* I smell an inevitable love affair between Kira and Mirror-Bareil. Bah.
Nice to get a glimpse of a Bajoran religious sermon.
*sigh* Bareil at Worf and Dax for dinner. He's a cool kinda rogue, but damn the idea that he and Kira 'must' have a fling still bothers me.
Gah, Bareil's sob story is clearly just a plot to get into Kira's pants. *mumble grumble*
And it worked. *mumble rumble grumble*
Bashir! Finally the episode is looking up. :o) I think Dax is rubbing off on him. He wasn't such a violent gossip when he arrived on DS9. Hehehehe.
"She means 'after' dinner, but you don't have to answer that because we don't want to invade your privacy." ROFL!! (Oh, and I had a small squee moment over the way Bashir says 'privacy'.)
Worf apparently isn't immune to Dax's gossiping either.
Aaaaaaaaand now we're back at something else that bothers me. They make it seem like practically anyone can have an orb experience. I mean gawd... if all bajorans were allowed to do that, I'll bet there was never a quiet moment in any of the temples. And it can take days sometimes? When would they ever have them available for services??? I can only assume Kira pulled some strings or something. Bah.
And I don't think it makes any sense either that you're not supposed to tell anyone about your orb experience. Not even a Vedek??? Bah.
Mirror Kira arriving. I do like that walking sex machine, but right now it only reminds me of my earlier rant about the multidimensional transporter device.
Evil mirror plot... for some reason not even that gets my motor running... orb, power, evil plans... yada yada yada...
Of course Quark will try and squeeze money out of the situation. And I suppose it does take a thief to know one.
Quark warning Kira about Bareil. I wonder what's in it for him.
Mirror Kira posing as the major. Cute. And stirring up the poor guard. He'll wake up with a headache and a hard on.
I do enjoy when the two Kiras have their little sparring sessions.
Bareil having the cliché change of heart. I simply cannot explain why this episode bugs me so much, but it just does.
