Best feedback ever!

A quiz I took today reminded me of the best feedback I've ever gotten from a story. This one. It was my very first story posted anywhere. A gay porn story, posted on literotica in the gay section. I did get lots of wonderful feedback that told me that people loved the story. And it was nothing new or particularly kinky. Just explicit gay lovin'.

But then it seemed some twit accidentally stumbled into the gay section, and felt I was the perfect person to blame. If this person even read the story, I would be surprised. Never the less, I can honestly say that I was extatic when I got this feedback:

Terrible trash.  Worse than violent rape of a kid.  How can any one except a true sociopathic pervert even think like you do?  Please don't mislabel your next garbage bag here in literotica.

The reason this made me so happy, is that I feel that to deserve such an attack on my person rather than my writing, it must have been a moving story. If it's able to piss anyone off to this extent, it must be powerful writing. And even if it's a bad reaction, I honestly don't think I could ever recieve higher praise as a writer.

And just for giggles... please note that the twit didn't even have the balls to include his name. Hehehe.

Well, surly your story had an impact on him :)
And yeah, most of the time, that kind of fb is in anonymity. Because that people is really forward into say their mind out, but no so much when it cames to be honest and put a name on it. Bah!

Yeah, and it's a constant source of giggles for me that he blames me for 'mis-labelling' which it most certainly wasn't.

I still think he just didn't want to admit that he read gay porn. LOL.

I read the story. Well written. Glad the boy was 19.

That's just the thing, I never worried about it. I actually loved this feedback! Now, if it had been someone who had the guts to show his identity, and if he had actually accused me of something valid, then I might have felt differently.

(And yes, I made sure the 'kid' was of age. No kiddie porn from me...)

But as it is, this is still the best feedback I've ever gotten. I mean damn... nobody has EVER called me a perverted sociopath before! I like it!

Years ago, I was chair of a Gay rights litigation service and we appealed to the PA Supreme Court for a Lesbian mother's right to have unsupervised visits of her children. We lost the case. The judge who wrote the decision said 'The so called Gay Rights movement can whip out civilization in one generation'.
I did not know we were so powerful.

WTF. Reminds me of the "HOW DARE YOU, DATA IS NOT GAY, HE IS NOT SICK!!!!" reaction I once got from a religious hatemongerish Data fan when I posted one of my stories on Myspace... it wasn't even explicit either. And what did I do? Wrote a kinky P/D story with explicit sex - just to piss that one hatemonger off even more. ;)

So yeah, such stupid feedback can also lead to something productive. ;)

Indeed! If there's one TNG main cast character who qualifies as "automatically bisexual", it's most certainly Data. I doubt Soong programmed him to be totally straight. I mean he wanted him to explore humanity. Which includes same-sex relationships. ;)

But then, gay!hatemongering fans wouldn't believe that a character is gay even if he said at least once in every single episode!
