Request for more Pea Pics... granted!

Pea is a week old today!!! I can hardly believe it! And since I got a request for more pics, I shall gladly provide!

First: Daddy! He looks tired and rugged here, but notice the smiles on both Daddy and Pea! This is what happiness looks like. :o)




And due to seriously tired arms I decided that today was the day to test my sling ideas. I found this wonderful guide to tying a simple sling and it works beautifully! Typing with both hands while Pea is snoozing happily in the sling!

His name is Sejr. Means Victory in Danish. A good, powerful viking name. Yessir!

Yeah, hubby is a viking. His name means 'Bear' in old norse btw. :oP We're a real viking family here. :o)

Sadly, no. Not really. Hubby's name is Bjarne. Mine is Minna, and the only thing I've been able to find on it is that it "could be" short for Wilhelmina. Eeek...

What wonderful pics!! Your hubby looks so happy, and like a natural with the baby! Or maybe I'm projecting... I always thought David was so much more of a natural than I was with our baby. These photos are adorable!

We just looked through our baby photos recently; Sarah wanted to see them. Gah! She came down with a terrible case of infant acne a few weeks after birth.

I love that you made your own sling, and that you're able to surf and watch DS9 with the baby.

Aw, thanks. Bjarne really is a natural with Green Pea. He seems to have some sort of radar that tells him when the diaper needs changing that I just don't have. And Pea always falls asleep on him. Hehe.
