Wow this one has been lying around unattended for far too long. I really hope I manage to finish it sometimes this year.

Title: Through the Fog
Codes: X-men Evolution, Nightcrawler/Toad.
Part 15/19
Rating: PG-13 I guess.
Warnings: Err... cussing?
Beta: Ain't got one. Probably loads of weird errors and typos, but at least it's only myself who's to blame.
Feedback: Yes please. Even 'it sucks' would be appreciated.
Disclaimer: I don't own any green prehensile delights or fluffy goodness elfs. Or even the concepts thereof. *sigh* Not mine. At all. Oh I only wish.
Summary: Todd gets an unexpected visit from his past after 10 years, and the war moves in again.

And a drabble! Wow, suddenly the muses are back! Wooo! Let's hope this lasts!

Title: Sick.
Series: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
Pairings: Garak/Bashir.
Rating: PG
Warnings: None.
Beta: Not for this one.
Feedback: Yes please.
Disclaimer: I don't own anything. Some geezers in the movie and television industries do. Damn them.
Summary: Drabble (100 words). Garak is sick.

For the third time that night, Julian woke up when his bedmate coughed violently.

“That's it. I'm taking you to the infirmary!”

Another cough shook the bed.

“You'll do no such thing! I've spent more than enough time there, thank you very much!”

Julian sighed.

“Will you at least let me scan you?”

Garak grumbled, defeated.

“Fine. But I'm not going unless I'm dying.”

In seconds, the tricorder was run over Garak.

“I could always lie and say that you're dying.”

“It's just a shame you're such a terrible liar, then.”

The tricorder closed with an annoyed snap.

“You'll live.”

He was right, and Bashir knew it, but that only made him angrier. He glared at Garak, who seemed smug. “You goddamn…you…you…” He couldn’t think of an insult vitriolic enough, so instead he flung himself at Garak and kissed him on the mouth, hard.

Garak seemed taken aback, but didn’t push him away. Bashir held the kiss long enough to make his point, some part of him screaming that he was an idiot, then pulled back, glaring at Garak so fiercely that he was sure sparks were shooting from his eyes.

To his astonishment, Garak smirked at him. “Why, Doctor, I do believe you’ve finally got the point.”

Just a little nice bit of news. In 2001 there was a Danish movie about a gay man who falls in love with a woman to his own great shock and had lots and lots of funny, cool and beautiful moments of gay lovin. There was a theme song written about the sweet gay love and it was VERY popular on the radio and even won an award for being played most on the radio that year. But now it has been discovered that it has been a lot more popular than you'd think. It's been the most played song on the radio at all in 15 years!!

Considering that the movie and song only came out 8 years ago, that's one hell of a record! And a song about gay love! Sometimes I do love my country!

There's a link to the news article here, but it's in Danish, as it's not exactly international news. But I'll happily translate if anyone really wants to know the details. :o)

Oh and here's the song! The people in the video are the actors from the movie, except the singer in the red shirt (I'm not sure about the funny dancers and the marching bands...). Oh, and just as bonus info, the only actual gay person in the movie is the guy in the grey shirt. Peter Frödin. Gawd I love that guy SO MUCH!
