I'm so fucking angry right now! I'm shaking!

Some of you may remember this post from a while back. Well, today the brats from the same group struck again. This time there were 3 of them and I had Pea in the stroller with me. I was ignoring them, until they started to throw un-ripe chestnuts at us. Those things are hard as rocks and when they started whistling by me and Pea I lost it. I yelled and cursed at them to no effect and when they started again, I began stomping towards them. Had they not run away like the little cowards there were, I'm not sure what I would have done.

If they do anything like that again, I WILL track down their parents and give them a fucking piece of my mind!

If it's any comfort - I once grabbed a brat that had thrown a snoball at me and pushed his head into the snow over and over again. THAT taught him. (I was faster than he had expected, he did try to run away.) He NEVER tried to throw ANYTHING at me again. So, I absolutely understand your anger - AND it's absolutely messed up that they're endangering Pea! Disgusting! I would track down their parents already if that's possible somehow!

I don't know how the law is where you are, but be extremely careful about making any threats or physically doing anything to the children yourself. Over here in the states, that will land you a felony assault charge and prison time if anybody witnesses it and the parents decide to press charges. I do think at this point tracking down the parents is a good start. If that doesn't solve the problem, call the police and let them deal with them. If they're throwing objects that could hurt Pea, at that point intervention by authorities is warranted.

Things are a bit different here. First of all, the police won't react unless physical damage has been done. So essentially, I have to wait for them to hurt either me or Pea. No thanks.

If I lay a hand on them, the police will get me. If I threaten them, I could face charges, but considering the circumstances, and the fact that my worst threat was to go to their parents, I think I'm safe.

But I will find them. Oh yes.

Jeez, that kinda sucks. Here they could get into pretty big trouble just for throwing stuff toward a toddler. Even if they were too young to be arrested, the police would happily show up and scare the pee out of them, not to mention lecture the parents for such poor supervision.

Good luck with finding them and giving them what for. Hopefully, they won't be the useless rags their kids' behavior seems to indicate they might be.

I'm very afraid that might be the case. Like my mother so eloquently put it: "Even the bullies grow up and have kids". *le sigh* There are more than a few people in this world whom I would much prefer to never pass on their worthless genes.

Definitely track down the parents, wherever they may be. Good luck with that ... it's hard to remain civil and not say something really sarcastic. So remain civil, and then go ahead, give them the sarcasm. It sure beats killing people.
