Shopping frenzy!

ladydraceFor some reason I've gone into a complete shopping frenzy. Nothing huge, just loads of little things I either felt I needed or bought just because I felt like it. My purchases these past few days include:
Shaggy round carpet. (Yes![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
tli, the Austin Powers one. And stop smirking.)
Various kitchen stuff like pasta spoons, whisks... I don't know the English words for half of these things...
Plate, cup and cutlery for Pea, even though technically he didn't need more. I just liked it.
Ear buds. Cause I broke my pink ones on my way back from the airport after dropping offtli. And there she goes with the smirk again. See what I had to put up with for an entire week?!
A football shaped lamp for Pea. because it was adorable!
A plastic color changing lamp-thingy shaped as a dinosaur. Also for Pea. Supposedly. But he was totally not as impressed with it as I was.
A tiny hourglass with purple sand set for 3 mins, which is apparently how long you're supposed to brush your teeth twice a day. *shrug*
A shock red desktop lamp. It's so very cool! And I had no mobile light after B left, which explains my lamp-buying fetish lately.
A shoe horn. A huge one. Because it was cheap and I've always wanted one of those!
A fleeze blanket, cause there are holes in all my blankets.
A football pump. Because with Pea's passion for ball play already, I see a lot of deflated balls in my future.
Chopsticks. Because I've been using some truly horrible single-use wooden ones for years. Also, these were pretty. :o)
And then I went to the music shop... oh dear. I came out with Eurythmics the Ultimate Collection, which is the first CD I've bought for myself in years and years. And consequently I've been listening to I Saved the World Today and Would I Lie to You on repeat for 2 days. I also bought Jurassic Park, E.T and Cyrano de Bergerac, because they were cheap! And great movies. ;o) And then I bought a complete mountain of badges and key chains. I must have spent half an hour just going through the pile and squeeing every 2 mins. My badge fetish is clearly alive and well! One of my favorites is one that says: "Jesus is coming. Look busy." Hehe.
Worst of all, this isn't even everything. I just honestly can't remember it all. That's kind of embarrassing.
In other news: I have developed an unhealthy urge to listen to this song over and over again.
Still no news on my PC. :o(
