Because I felt like it. Snagged from
biggelois and losely interpreted to fit my lazy arse. Meaning that some of the pictures for this meme are taken a long time ago. But they are all taken by me personally.
Take a photo according to a theme and post in your journal. The rules are lax and simple.
+ You can use any type of camera you want. From an SLR to a cell phone. Tech isn't important.
+ The quantity of photos you take for each theme is up to you. Post one or a hundred. Be kind with LJ cuts and remember that if you're going for artistic, a hundred pics might dilute the effect.
+ You don't have to post everyday. Life happens. By the end of the meme you should have 30 posts though, with at least 30 photos that you took yourself.
+ You can rearrange the themes to suit your schedule. The order is unimportant.
+ Interpretation of the themes is completely up to you. There are no photo cops defining them.
1. Home
2. Sustenance
3. A view from a window
4. The sky
5. Night time
6. Macro (Extreme close-up)
7. A day in the life.
8. Wildlife
9. Motion.
10. Sunset or sunrise.
11. Emotion
12. Elemental
13. Landscape
14. Colour
15. Spooky
16. Alien
17. Free space. Post a pic of anything you want.
18. A day in the life 2 (try to make it different than #1)
19. Point-of-view (try a new one)
20. History
21. Seasonal
22. Childhood
23. Decay
24. The beauty of everyday objects
25. Weather
26. Time
27. Civilization
28. Architecture (structure)
29. Signs
30. Light or shadow
If you decide to take on this challenge, reprint this in your own journal and spread the love.
Starting off with 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 19, 23, 24, 25 and 26.
4. The Sky.
I caught this beautiful double rainbow one day. The first picture is more or less how it looked in real life. But in case you can't spot the two rainbows, then the second picture should help.

6. Macro.
My phone was handy and it ended up fairly good.

8. Wildlife.
We've got massive amounts of seagulls around here and this picture is taken on a random day. I played with the hue and I think it turned out nicely.

11. Emotion.
Pea snuggling up to the girl next door. And if that doesn't trigger some sort of emotion, you're dead.

19. Point of View.
Here's my head. From above. Very poorly parted hair.

23. Decay.
Prepare for ick ick ick.
The dried up husk of a very very dead spider on my balcony. Thank the gods I didn't run into this fucker while it was alive. *shudder*

24. The Beauty of Everyday Objects.
A very artisitc view of my bedside table. Not arranged. Just randomly awesome.

25. Weather.
Beautiful snow-covered pond from last winter.

26. Time.
Took a picture of the path to my regular busstop last winter during a roaring blizzard. Early summer, I took a picture at the same spot. Time changes the world wildly every year.
