Today's ship is Frank/Calleigh!

Fandom: CSI Miami.

Who?
- Calleigh Duquesne.
Super cheerful southern belle-ish babe with a really sexy... well... everything! Anything from her smile to her gun-savy is just a major turn-on. And she is just so sweet and has a little sad daddy-issue, which just makes you wanna cuddle her.

I looked for ages for a decent cap of her smiling her wonderful smile, but after 20 mins I gave up. She still looks lovely, though.

- Frank Tripp.
Middle aged, divorced, no-nonsense kinda cop. Southern(or something) accent, a very black/white view of everything but also completely open-minded. And despite his rather butch first-impression, he's really likeable!

Serious!face is serious. He's been perfecting it over years and years of law-enforcement.

Why?
-I think it's a chemistry thing. Whenever they share the screen, it's like they also share some sort of southern secret that nobody else really gets. And frankly, I love how down-to-Earth Frank is compared to all the pretty-boys Calleigh has been going through. Plus, they're both kinda married to the job.

Why not?
- Well, Calleigh has had plenty of canon love interests and the writers/producers/whoever apparently thinks that someone as young and pretty as her should only be with someone equally young and pretty. Eurgh. We don't see enough fo Frank IMO.

Just look at them! All badass, fighting crime. "Fear us. We're Southern."
