15 Years Ago (July 1996)
* I turned 14.
* I was at boarding school so far from home it took me 7 hours by train to get there.
* Probably the worst year of my entire life.
* Only good thing was the gospel choir I was in. We rocked!
10 Years Ago (July 2001)
* I moved away from home.
* I met my first boyfriend, who later became my husband and Pea's father.
* I did some acting.
* Got my HF diploma. (The equivalent of high school, I think.)
5 Years Ago (July 2006)
* I got married.
* Went on sick leave for my mental problems... and haven't come off it yet.
* I had a lot of pet rats. Between 10 and 20 throughout the year.
* Started planning for having a baby.
3 Years Ago (July 2008)
* I was in therapy. A lot of therapy.
* Hubby introduced me to Star Trek DS9.
* Discovered slash! And LJ! WOO!
1 Year Ago (July 2010)
* My marriage imploded.
* Became single.
* Pea was 14 months old.
* Basically that year mostly sucked.
Yesterday
* Sacked up and told sister I couldn't come to her youngest son's birthday. Anxiety is going bonkers!
* Wore my new shoes. They need to be worn a bit more before they're truly comfortable. But I love them!
* Downloaded some more Top Gear for Pea. Watching the same 6 episodes became REALLY old!
* Played Civilization II for the first time in like 5 years. I'm very rusty.
* It rained buckets and of course I had forgotten Pea's wellies and rain wear at daycare. Bah.
* Bought Blazing Saddles! WOO!
Today
* Pea was very happy when I left him at daycare. I love the days where the goodbye is easy.
* We missed the bus this morning. Something is going on with my clocks. I keep missing busses.
* Bought some potato salad. Mmmm. Now it's truly summer!
Tomorrow
* My mom will be taking Pea along to sister's place. Looooong drive. But she asked for it, so...
* I will most likely be at home, guilt tripping over cancelling. *sigh*
* If I'm lucky, my download of the final season of Numb3rs will be done. :o)
In a week
* No plans.
* I'll probably be gearing up for my aunt's 25th wedding anniversary Saturday. The party will be HUGE!
* Pea will be with his daddy.
In one month (August 2011)
* No plans.
* Appointment with my doctor about my latest meds.
* I bet it'll be hotter than hell.
In one year (July 2012),
* I'll turn 30! Wow, time flies!
* Pea and I will have moved out of the city.
* We will get a dog! :oD
* Pea will start kindergarten.
In five years (July 2016),
* Pea will be in school!
* I hope I'll be feeling better, maybe preparing for getting a job.
* A new significant other would be a plus.
