Mundane series drabble: Cute! (For Bibsy!)

Summary: Drabble (100 words). A bit of dress up.

“What's so funny?”

Julian contained his snicker long enough to reply:

“You. You look so... cute!”

Garak turned an amusing shade of greyish purple.

“I protest! I may be many things, but cute certainly isn't amongst them! Divine maybe. Fiendishly handsome perhaps. I would even go so far as excruciatingly sexy. But cute?!”

Julian slid his arms around his lover's blushing neckridges.

“Oh, definitely! It renders a certain... adorable quality to your appearance.” 

Softened by Julian's closeness, Garak sighed.

“I will never attend another one of your costume parties, if this is the reaction to a Cardassian in a toga...”

You write Garak so perfectly. You also write Julian wonderfully as well but one of the things that makes Garak such a wonderfully nuanced character is his dialogue. Thanks so much, you warmed my slashy little heart.

I am so excited that ten years after the show went off the air there is still a thriving fandom for it. It's my first time going through any of the Trek stuff (I started last year with Enterprise and went through that, TOS, all the movies, TNG and am now on season six of DS9. Also have plans for VOY). Especially excited that there is a community for Garak/Bashir shippers. They are totally my favorite slash pairing.
