Masturbation does not change the appearance of your penis. (It does tend to cause an erection, but that usually goes away when you're finished.)

Hey, I'll confess any day that me and my hand have the best times together, sometimes accompanied by various physical aids, but mostly just my smutty mind.

Dammit, I have to go and make that masturbation icon... I think I'm gonna need both a male and female... tricky too, cause I want it to be obvious what's going on, but still relatively SFW. Hmm. *ponders*

LOL I dunno, I rarely endulge in that sort of thing. It has gotten "better" in the last few years (ever since I fell in love with Jean-Luc, actually *blush*). It's probably because it always shows me that I lack... well... something. ;) But then, I am not immune to interesting thoughts about Jean-Luc having a good time with himself. I admit as much. ;)
